This image-based preview shows the kind of final report the full Lamin Mesh Analyzer produces: a per-image summary of meshwork statistics, the traced meshwork beside the original image with every measured face coloured, the distribution of face areas, a written methods section, and the complete per-face table (area, perimeter, equivalent diameter, circularity, solidity and position for all 525 faces). Meshwork tracing follows Shimi et al., Mol Biol Cell 2015 (doi:10.1091/mbc.E15-07-0461), as an independent Python re-implementation rather than the authors' MATLAB code.
